Our maintenance visit covers both machines: we clean filters and drain paths, inspect hoses, belts, bearings and door seals, check the dryer’s heating circuit and airflow, level the washer and run a test cycle on each. You get a short report of what we found and a price for anything that needs attention.

How much does a maintenance visit cost?
A tune-up for both machines typically costs $120 to $200. Any parts we recommend are quoted separately before we replace them.
Does maintenance include a dryer vent cleaning?
We clean the dryer’s internal lint path and check airflow through the vent. Long or rooftop vent runs may need a specialist vent cleaning, and we’ll tell you if so.
Do you service gas dryers?
No — we service electric dryers only.
Can maintenance really prevent breakdowns?
Yes. Clogged filters, worn belts and restricted airflow cause a large share of laundry repairs, and they’re all caught during a tune-up.
Can I book it with a repair?
Yes — if one machine needs a repair, we can service the other during the same visit.
